Llena de productos quÃmicos, procesados, mal cocinados y otros cuantos ingredientes que hacen que nuestro organismo se sature y se contamine.Este libro es una interesante reflexión acerca de la capacidad de nuestro organismo a auto curarse y a sacar lo mejor de nosotros por medio de una adecuada alimentación natural y sin tóxicos. El programa no es tan fácil de implementar ya que se necesita mucha motivación pero creo que vale la pena.

La parte q mas le intersa a uno q son las recetas, viene al final. El resto del libro es una larga explicacion de como se afecta nuestro cuerpo con todo lo q ingerimos y a lo q estamos expuestos.
